Tony Piscina comes from a pizza family: It was his great-grandparents, May and John Antolotti, who in 1937 opened the famous Antolotti’s four-star restaurant in Midtown, and later Il Sogno on Long Island. Now a partner in Grimaldi’s and other restaurants, he’s bringing a menu to 125th Street that includes 18- and 22-inch pizzas, overstuffed sandwiches, and the biggest calzones you have ever seen (they feed three). The long list of topping options includes basil, balsamic glaze, and vegan mozzarella. As the logo says, let them “make you a pizza you can’t refuse!”
