Bitter Orange Cafe is the lifelong dream of Francisco Tovias Paulino, and has become an all-family affair with the help of his wife, Yohanis Paulino, and their four daughters, Ysaira, Estefani, Johannis and Patricia. Located on the west side of the Park Avenue viaduct at 119th Street, the restaurant is warm and full of color, and serves up Dominican food with comfort and flavor.
