South African-born chef Toni Willard has been in the kitchen for more than 20 years, honing her skills and creating a unique culinary program.  A proud mother of four, she understands the role that good nutrition plays in the growth and development of our children, as well as the importance of exploration and play. In 2008, she opened Antoinette’s in West Harlem, enabling her to share her love of farm-to-table cooking on a restaurant menu. In 2016, she launched her first Harlem-based cooking school, where along with sous chef Denzell Washington she teaches both children and adults to “cook, eat, and play with love."
