Founded in 2009, Sword Class NYC is the only school of its kind in the United States that offers both Eastern and Western historical armed martial arts forms side-by-side. The studio is located on the basement level on the southwest corner of 125th Street & Madison Avenue, in a shared space with East Side Boxing. Master teacher Raab Rashi and all the school's instructors are dedicated not only to their respective art forms, but also to teaching and learning. Welcoming to both kids and adults, the schedule includes everything from Kendo to Siljun Dobup to German Longsword to Armored Combat League -- plus Light Saber classes for the younger set!

1944 Madison Avenue (b/t 124th & 125th streets)
