Olga Correa was born and raised in the Bronx and is proud of her Puerto Rican heritage. She is a 1980s graduate of the High School of Art & Design alongside legendary graffiti artists such as Bill Blast, Mare139 and Lady Pink, to name a few. Her mural for Grandscale is the character of herself.

Minhafofa is a graduate from City College and has been working as teaching artist in the Bronx and East Harlem for the past 12 years. For Grandscale, she has recreated her painting “Night Bloom,” a piece that embodies self confidence, empowerment, and a sense of wonder.

Outside of the art world, Rosa Marruffo is a community gardener who works with children. Her piece for Grandscale is an expression of joy, optimism and gratitude.

Luis Perez is a lifelong resident of the Bronx and upper Manhattan. For Grandscale, he has painted a piece honoring the work of his grandfather, a farmer in Puerto Rico.
