So many of you have been following our efforts to keep East 125th Street clean, and we're grateful.

Our Positive Workforce Clean Team is still hitting the streets seven days a week, just at a reduced capacity from this past spring, winter and fall. Right now our local electeds and the mayor's office are listening, and helping to find solutions.

Wanna talk trash with us? The NYC Department of Santiation will roll in with resources for a community cleanup on Saturday, July 30, from 12-2 p.m. DSNY will bring their van full of brooms, trashcans and trash-pickers -- and we'll have the chance to not only pitch in, but talk trashcans, basket collection, needle pickup and any other questions with Deputy Speaker Diana Ayala and NYHRE.
