It's a Grandscale Paint Party along East 125th Street. Come out and be a part of the action when some two dozen artists kick off this summer's edition of the Grandscale Mural Project by creating fresh pieces on construction fences along east 125th Street from Noon-4 p.m.

There'll be live painting, music and cool treats -- the last of THREE paint parties taking place on the last Saturday of each month, all summer long.

This summer will feature both the Gates Revival, when we're repainting storefront gates from previous years including the 100 Gates Project and We Are New Yorkers, as well as the fourth edition of the Grandscale Mural Project. Both are sponsored by the NYC Department of Small Business Services, the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs, Deputy Speaker Diana Ayala, the Lower Manhattan Cultural Center & Materials for the Arts.
