EL BARRIO HAS A HISTORY OF USING ITS STREETS AS GATHERING SPACES.

JOIN US TO CONTINUE THE LEGACY WITH OPEN STREETS 2025. Make plans for outdoor dining, LIVE MUSIC & FAMILY FUN … plus splashing in the hydrant when the temps get high!’

Find us at 101st Street or 100th street at lexington avenue. Between those two streets, you’ll find a diversity of cuisines including Thai, Mexican, Italian, Belgian and Brazilian — plus shops dedicated exclusively to mousse, carrot cake and ice cream just a few blocks away.

This summer, we’re popping up each Saturday with Storytelling, Crafts & Live Music, plus other special events.
