What happens when you close a street to cars, and open it up to people? We found out during our third annual Party On Park -- when we opened Park Avenue from 125th to 116th streets for biking, strolling, dancing and more. This year’s event included two extra blocks of fun, plus the Grandscale Mural Project in action.
